HD100 BOARD
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HD100 is a cross-linked, pre-moulded, high performance joint filler board. It is really compressible and ensures low load transfer.
Our Joint Filler Boards are very light weight as well as easy to handle and install. It can withstand severe weathering conditions and show no sign of degradation. It is a sheet form in semi-rigid , UV resistive , high performance laminated closed cell polyethylene foam joint filler .
The compressible filler board is suitable for use as isolation or expansion joint filler in concrete, brick , blow work and isolation joints where readily compressible low load transfer joint filler is required .
Bitumen Free
No bitumen is used and hence it is non staining product which in turn result trouble free for the labour force.
Resilient
95% recovery after deflection (compression), as it is one of best feature for any Preformed Closed-Cell filler desired
No Weather Effect:
Polyolefin Expansion Joint Filler is resilient and does not distort under low load transfer from wet concrete. No worry, just fit/install and forget. Rain, cold or heat can’t change its performance and that makes it more versatile material than others traditionally used filler sheets.
